The Undertaker retires from WWE after nearly 27 years

The legend Mark Calaway, better known by his ring name The Undertaker, bowed out of the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) after losing to Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania 33 on April 2nd.

It was the 2nd loss for The Undertaker at WrestleMania. The first loss was against Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 30 in 2014. He had won 23 matches at WrestleMania in his career.

After the match, he laid down his wrestling gear in the ring to signal the end of his nearly three decade-long career.

After the loss against Roman Reigns at WrestleMania, the fans of The Undertaker took twitter to pay tribute to him.

Goldberg lost against Brock Lesna for the WWE Universal Championship, while Randy Orton defeated Bray Wyatt for the WWE Championship.
