The South Africa’s captain AB De Villiers never fails to contribute for his team. AB De Villiers made a rare failure as he scored just 4 runs in the first inning. But, he took flying catch to dismiss Kusal Mendis that made a match more interesting.
Chasing 300 runs, Sri Lankan openers gave a flying start to their team before giving 1st wicket. They added 61 runs for the 1st wicket Partnership. But, Kusal Mendis – Upul Tharanga pair tried to build a partnership. When they added 25 runs for the 2nd wicket partnership, AB De Villiers took flying catch to send Kusal Mendis to the pavilion.
Chris Morris bowled a length delivery and Mendis flicked it in mid-on. The ball went above fielder’s head but AB De Villiers did the superman job as he took the flying right-handed catch.
